WHO: Students ages 10+ who wish to audition for class placement for the 2018-19 dance year. If this is your first time auditioning at SDA, please send us an email before registering to confirm that this is the right audition for your dancer. 

WHEN: Friday, June 7 (Ages 9-11, 1-2pm | Ages 12+ 2-3pm)

*Our group audition is at the end of our Audition Camp in June. Students get a week full of classes and the audition for $200! If you choose to audition in June but not attend the camp, please select that day/time option below. If your dancer enrolls in the camp, there is no need to register for the audition, it's all included in the camp! 

If Friday 6/7 doesn’t work with your schedule, please select the “Private Audition” option below, and we will email you to schedule your 30 minute private session.

WHAT TO BRING: Students should wear a black leotard and tan convertible tights with their hair neatly pulled back into a ponytail or bun. Students should arrive 10-15 minutes early to warm up. We suggest ballet shoes and tan jazz shoes for the audition.

*This audition is for students who wish to audition for fall class placement. Students may be selected for any of the following classes based on their age and skill level: Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Teen, Star Squad, or Honors, Junior or Senior Lines. You will be notified of class placement via email within 2 weeks of the audition.
